Energy Ogre Review

Energy Ogre charges you $120 for something you could do yourself in 10 minutes or less on ComparePower with your usage history.

How does that sound?

The alternative to paying Energy Ogre $120 is spending ten minutes shopping with YOUR home’s usage on ComparePower, saving time and money.

The Good, the Bad, and the Green

Did you know that ogres are like onions?

They make people cry, and they have layers.

Shrek jokes aside, the deregulated energy market here in Texas is like an onion.

Retail electricity providers (REPs) hide what you’ll pay for electricity under complicated pricing structures and hidden fees.

They use the government-sponsored site Power to Choose to game the electricity marketplace and try to sucker you into paying high rates.

In 2013, Energy Ogre swooped into the world of electricity to save poor consumers from electricity companies.

They believe removing you from the equation of shopping for electricity Energy Ogre will help you avoid falling into any traps set by REPs.

How Does Energy Ogre Work?

Energy Ogre is a subscription service that handles all aspects of the electricity shopping experience.

For $10 a month or $120 a year, Energy Ogre will shop through the thousands of electricity plans available to save you money.

Energy Ogre uses your latest bill or accesses your electricity account with your current provider to create a usage profile for your home.

Their electricity shopping algorithms then work to find a better electricity plan by removing you from the electricity shopping equation.

But you can do everything Energy Ogre does without paying for it.

Compare energy plans and electricity rates with your home’s electricity usage profile to find your best rate in Texas.

Shop with your usage on ComparePower to find your best energy plan and save yourself $120.

Is Energy Ogre Worth It?

Ask yourself a few questions to determine if you want to spend $120 yearly for Energy Ogre’s service.

If you honestly don’t have 10 minutes a year to shop for electricity, then Energy Ogre could be a good option.

It will handle electricity shopping on your behalf, and you can go about your life without worrying about missing the end of your contract.

Everything that Energy Ogre does, you can do yourself for free.

Compare your options and check out with the right plan for your home in as little as 10 minutes on ComparePower.

Straightforward, all-inclusive pricing lets you know exactly what you pay for before checkout.

Pros of Energy Ogre

There are a few clear-cut benefits to using a service like Energy Ogre.

Energy Ogre’s idea is to make electricity shopping as simple and convenient as possible.

They handle the whole process from start to finish and can set up autopay on your account so you don’t miss a bill.

And finally, Energy Ogre acts as the liaison between you and the electricity company.

Their customer service department is available to help you with any questions or complaints so that you don’t have to talk to the providers.

Cons of Energy Ogre

You can find most of the plans Energy Ogre offers by yourself and shop without paying a dime.

At the same time, you are paying Energy Ogre for service throughout the entire year when, in reality, they could sign you up for a 12-month contract.

You pay all year; they work once but keep making money off you.

Lastly, by signing up for Energy Ogre, you are giving control of your electricity to another company.

When you sign up for Energy Ogre’s service, you let them sign contracts in your name and change your electricity plan.

You might never know what you are signed up for, and Energy Ogre can change your accounts anytime.

Energy Ogre’s Process

With your usage profile, Energy Ogre uses their algorithm to shop through all the available plans on the market. You can also see all of this information yourself on Power to Choose.

Energy Ogre estimates their onboarding process will take around two to three business days if you switch to a new provider. Throughout the process, they keep you up to date with emails.

Energy Ogre handles enrollment once they’ve found the cheapest plan for your house or apartment. They automatically enroll you in the best plan they can find and open an account in your name.

Suppose you are already in an electricity contract. In that case, Energy Ogre will shop through plans and provide a recommendation that you can use to determine if your savings justify paying an early termination fee.

You can snooze their recommendation if you decide paying any fees isn’t worth it at the time.

At the end of any contract, Energy Ogre starts the process and goes back to shopping to find you a new plan.

What Are You Paying for With Energy Ogre?

With Energy Ogre, you pay for a full concierge service that handles all aspects of the electricity shopping process.

There are four main things you are paying for with Energy Ogre’s service. First and most apparent, Energy Ogre is doing the shopping work.

They take your usage and compare your options across the electricity marketplace using their algorithm. This algorithm is what finds you the cheapest rate for electricity in an attempt to save you money.

If you are already on the right plan for your home, Energy Ogre cannot find you a better rate or save you money.

You can enter your most recent electricity bill information into Energy Ogre’s savings calculator to see if they can save you money before signing up.

Next, and this is the most significant thing you are paying for, Energy Ogre monitors the electricity market to see if your current plan is still the best deal.

Their algorithm is constantly running to check and see if energy prices have changed enough to find you a better deal for electricity.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that Energy Ogre will find a better plan for your home during your current contract.

Energy Ogre also navigates all the paperwork surrounding electricity contracts. So when your contract ends, they’ll check over any renewal offers and automatically switch you to a new plan.

The fourth and final part of Energy Ogre’s service is that they act as customer service to help resolve any issues you may have. So, instead of reaching out to your provider, complain to Energy Ogre, and they’ll help resolve the issue.

Energy Ogre Alternatives

Power Wizard

Power Wizard is a direct competitor to Energy Ogre.

With Power Wizard, you get the same concierge shopping service as Energy Ogre, but it also allows you to pay for one-time access to their results instead of signing up for the entire year.

Power to Choose

Power to Choose is an online marketplace where REPs can advertise plans without restriction.

Plan details, including energy and delivery rates, are all detailed in an electricity facts label (EFL) which is only required to show three usage points at 500, 1000, and 2000 kilowatt-hours (kWh).

Curious about EFLs? Learn how to read an EFL.

The problem is that almost nobody ever uses that amount of electricity, and the EFL doesn’t tell you that electricity can cost way more if you use 501 kWh during the month.

Over the years, REPs have complicated their rate structures to game Power to Choose into showing their plans at the top of the list, making finding the right plan for your home even more challenging.

In the end, most people leave Power to Choose frustrated without any clear idea of what they will pay on their electric bill.

ComparePower

ComparePower is the best Energy Ogre alternative, and it’s free to you, the one paying for all this.

We’re here to help Texans beat electricity companies at their own game and find the right plan for their homes.

Simply shop with your home’s unique usage profile to find the best plan for your home in as little as 10 minutes.

Energy Ogre Reviews

Across the web, Energy Ogre maintains numerous testimonials about how much money people have saved with their service.

The Better Business Bureau notes that Energy Ogre is an accredited business, but it does not give the company a rating. Customer reviews give the company a 3.22-star rating, and six complaints have been closed in the last three years.

Facebook shines a more flattering light on the company, with users dishing out an average of 4.1 stars out of five.

On the negative side, reviews for the company call out issues with its customer service team. Reviewers claim they waited on the phone for hours and that their emails didn’t receive responses for months.

Is Energy Ogre Right For You?

So should you shell out $120 yearly to have Energy Ogre handle everything?

It depends on the type of person you are and whether or not you are willing to put in 10 minutes of effort to shop for yourself.

If you don’t care about handing over control to a company that may or may not find you a good deal on electricity, go ahead and sign up for Energy Ogre.

They will handle as much of the process as possible, and you won’t have to lift a finger once you hand over your information.

Are you more of a do-it-yourself type?

Electricity shopping is quick and easy when you use ComparePower.

Shop with your usage, see all-inclusive pricing and find the best plan for your home in as little as 10 minutes.

I tried Griddy – Here’s my review

Update: Griddy Energy filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 15, 2021. In August of 2021, Griddy settled the lawsuit filed by the state of Texas to wipe clean the debts of customers. Griddy Energy is no longer open for business.

If you’re reading this review, odds are you’re curious about all this Griddy wholesale energy rate stuff…

…or maybe you’re a current Griddy customer who is fed up with the Griddy electricity model and alerts and are shopping around in hopes of finding a better energy provider.

If either of these describes you, read on.

If you’re curious about Griddy or want to know how to pick the best energy plan for your home, keep reading. I will show you how I switched to a predictable, fixed-rate plan in this post.

Here at ComparePower, we are consumer advocates at our core.

We live in Texas.

Employees here make it a point to personally try out the different providers in Texas so that we can share our experience with our fellow Texans and help you make an informed energy choice for your home or business.

With this mission in mind, I gave Griddy a try myself. Here is my personal experience.

Does Griddy really save you money?

Here’s what I learned.

I know what you’re asking yourself. Is Griddy right for me, and will it save me money?

The answer is it depends…more on that later. For now, I’d like to share my personal experience with Griddy in hopes that it can guide you in making the best decision for your household.

I started using Griddy midway through September 2019. With the summer months coming to an end and cooler days ahead, I did not anticipate a significant demand on the grid.

I reasoned that perhaps it might be possible to save some money by purchasing electricity in real time from the Griddy app.

So I downloaded the app, which they’ve done an excellent job with. And after adding $49 to my account, I was on my way to purchasing wholesale electricity directly from the grid.

In case you do not know, Griddy is a prepaid electric service. You must always keep a positive balance in your account, or your power will be turned off.

If you’re not used to pre-paying for your power and would rather pay at the end of the month for the kWh you use, Griddy is not for you.

If this is you, my suggestion is to stop reading, enter your zip code, and shop for a traditional, predictable, fixed-rate plan.

Now back to my experience with Griddy. Everything was going smoothly for about a day.

Much to my surprise, the very next day, I received an alarming notification from Griddy.

Wholesale electricity prices had climbed to over 50 cents/kWh, and I should not worry.

I should not worry? How could I not? Was this a joke?

My heart sank to the pit of my stomach at the thought of what my electricity bill would be that day, and admittedly I immediately felt silly for having made the switch to Griddy.

To add insult to injury, I couldn’t believe I was actually paying Griddy $9.99 a month for this.

In the middle of my workday, I started thinking about the appliances being powered in my home, from the washer and dryer to the refrigerator and, most importantly, my air conditioner, which was set to 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

My mind raced as I tried to calculate how much running these appliances would cost me at a rate of 50 cents/kWh.

Being that I was at work, I could not drop everything I was doing to run home and turn my appliances off, which Griddy recommends.

Most people I know do not have the flexibility to put down their work in the middle of the day and run home so they can power down their appliances whenever an alert shows up on their mobile phones.

To put this in perspective, before I switched to Griddy, I was paying, on average, just under 7 cents/kWh for 1000 kWh of monthly usage.

Griddy was now costing me over seven times more than my traditional fixed-rate plan that I had found on ComparePower.

Projected prices on Griddy’s app ranged from 10 cents/kWh at noon to $1 per kWh by 4 pm the same day. See the screenshot I took personally from my phone:

Griddy Energy Reviewed – I gambled with Griddy and here’s what I learned
Griddy – Projected Prices on September 25, 2019.

I then noticed an email from Griddy in my inbox. I dropped everything I was doing to read it.

“High Price Warning Today, 2-6 pm. A hotter than a normal day, coupled with potential generation outages, could lead to electricity prices as high as $4/kWh.”

What followed was a list of instructions on how I should have read the future and ramped down my energy usage between 1 and 6 pm to avoid high costs.

The only way to avoid high costs and overpaying for power was to leave work and run home to power down my electronics.

I don’t know about you (or the employment hours at the Griddy offices), but where I work, employees are required to be present from 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Telling my boss that I needed to run home to power down my appliances was not an option.

In case you don’t believe me, I took a screenshot of the email I received on September 25th, 2019, from Griddy and attached it below:

Griddy Energy Reviewed – I gambled with Griddy and here’s what I learned
Griddy Energy – High Price Warning

Now back to the original question. Can Griddy save you money?

If you can run home in the middle of the day and power down all your appliances and electronics, Griddy may be a reasonable option.

However, even if you have the flexibility to do so, is this how you want to spend your day? Constantly worried and paranoid about how much your electric bill will be hour after agonizing hour?

I constantly checked the electricity rate instead of focusing on what was important and what I had to accomplish during my day.

If you do not mind constantly checking the electricity rate on your phone, and even if you have the flexibility to run home and power off your appliances, you may not get the best deal with Griddy. Here is why.

Griddy states that the average rate their customers pay is 8.8 cents/kWh, and the Texas average rate is 14.25¢/kWh, saving you money.

This average is based on a statistic from the EIA.gov website.

I work here at ComparePower, and we switch thousands of Texans every month.

In fact, there are fixed-rate plans for Texas residents on ComparePower with rates as low as $0.12 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) for 1000 kWh.

How does Griddy Energy work?

Like everyone else, the idea of being able to purchase electricity at wholesale prices seemed appealing to me.

For those that don’t know how Griddy works. For a monthly fee of $9.99, Griddy connects its members, via a mobile app, directly to the real-time wholesale energy market so that, in theory, they pay the same variable prices that retail energy providers and commercial consumers pay in real-time.

That, however, is not entirely accurate. Most traditional electricity providers offering fixed rate prices buy forward contracts at different times of the year, not in real-time as Griddy does.

Since these traditional providers can buy electricity at a fixed price for delivery throughout the year, they can offer fixed-price contracts to their residential customers without the worry of hourly fluctuations in rates and the burning desire to run home in response to a push-notification alert to turn off that light you left on.

The primary benefit of choosing a fixed-term electricity plan is consistency and predictability.

The wholesale price of electricity changes approximately every 5 minutes, making it nearly impossible to predict how much you will pay from one moment to the next.

Griddy provides a projection for electricity prices for the entire day so you can plan ahead. Still, in my personal experience, the projections were less than accurate, at times as much as a 70 cents/kWh difference between the projected and actual price.

Conclusion: Key facts and takeaways

I really wanted to like Griddy.

It just wasn’t for me. The stress I experienced in response to the random influx of emails and push alerts warning of price spikes on the horizon drove me crazy.

Buying electricity at wholesale prices is unique, but it is highly unpredictable.

You will need to evaluate your electricity and lifestyle needs to make the best decision for your home.

I switched from Griddy to a predictable fixed-rate plan that I found on ComparePower.

I am now paying 6.7 cents / kWh for 1000 kWh of energy each month, which is about what I use monthly.

I no longer look at my phone or fret over electricity price alerts. That peace of mind alone, to me, is priceless.

Oh, and I am no longer paying Griddy $9.99 a month for the luxury of using their app and exposing me to this unnecessary stress.

I switched providers for free here at ComparePower in under 5 minutes and enjoy low electricity prices with zero hassle. I can honestly say my life is so much simpler because of it.

Ahhh… the sweet relief of consistency and predictability.

If you are currently with Griddy, I recommend making the switch. It will be the best 5 minutes you will spend today.

Griddy Prices Spike

The risk of wholesale electricity prices

As temperatures in the state climbed to 103 degrees Fahrenheit (39 Celsius), ERCOT issued an emergency alert, asking Texans to conserve energy and calling on all power plants to ramp up production.

When demand goes up, so does the price! Real-time consumers are at risk during a price surge such as this one.

Griddy Prices Spike

Playing the wholesale market is a massive gamble as the wholesale price of electricity fluctuates wildly based on many factors, including weather, maintenance issues, and the time of day, leaving consumers vulnerable when prices skyrocket during peak conditions.

The bottom line is when you need electricity the most, you pay the highest price.

People prefer predictability and stability in their energy choice.

The best way to have a predictable energy bill is to lock in a fixed rate and not gamble by guessing what the wholesale price of electricity will be in the future.

ComparePower lets you find and compare low fixed-rate plans from multiple Texas electricity providers, ensuring you are getting the best rate possible for your contract term.

How to choose the best electricity plan in Texas

Selecting a Griddy Energy plan without knowing your home’s energy usage can cost you hundreds or thousands of dollars.

The #1 most important thing: Know your usage!

The key to avoiding overpaying is knowing your expected usage and comparing monthly costs for each plan based on that usage amount.

With things like gasoline, the “price per gallon” you see on the sign is the price you pay no matter how many gallons you pump.

$3 per gallon. Pump 10 gallons, and pay $30. Simple.

Electricity in Texas is not as simple as buying gasoline. The advertised “price per kWh” is based on a specific, exact monthly usage (usually 2000 kWh).

And each plan has a different calculation for determining your monthly bill.

Your effective “price per kWh” can only be determined by calculating your monthly bill, then dividing that monthly bill by your usage.

Advertised “price per kWh” can be misleading because it’s based on a specific usage like 2000 kWh. It’s best to shop based on the total bill for your home’s expected usage.

How do you do that when the math is complicated, and every plan differs?

ComparePower has already done all this complicated math for you.

First, we help you determine your expected monthly kWh usage. Then we show you the plans and their total monthly cost for your usage.

Enter your zip code for guidance choosing your best rate plan.

Gexa BOGO

If you’re reading this review, odds are you’ve seen Gexa advertise their BOGO plan and wonder if this is a good one for your household.

We broke down the Gexa BOGO plan and explain the details so that you are informed about what this plan is all about. Ultimately we’re here to help you find the best electricity plan for your Texas home.

What is Gexa BOGO?

In Texas, heating and cooling costs can account for up to 50% of your monthly electricity bill.

Central air conditioning uses a lot of energy, so Gexa created the BOGO plan, which stands for Buy One Get One.

As the name implies, with this plan, you get one kilowatt-hour for free if you buy one kilowatt-hour. Said another way, you get 50% off your “energy charges” monthly. If you use 1,000 kWh in energy charges, you’ll only pay for 500 kWh.

Sounds great, right?

We thought so, and we decided to take a deeper look at this plan’s Electricity Facts Label (EFL) to uncover the details and show you the actual math and cost of this plan.

Gexa BOGO plan in Dallas (Oncor)

According to the Gexa Bogo EFL, Gexa charged Oncor Electric Delivery customers an average price of 10.6 cents per kWh for 2000 kWh monthly usage at the time of writing.

Gexa BOGO

Oncor Electric Delivery serves the Dallas area, which includes Fort Worth, Plano, Arlington, Frisco, Allen, and several other surrounding suburbs.

In the conclusions section, we’ve included a complete cost breakdown of the Gexa Bogo plan for Dallas-Fort worth metroplex residents as a function of usage.

Gexa BOGO plan in Houston (CenterPoint Energy)

According to the Gexa BOGO EFL, Gexa charged Houston residents (CenterPoint Energy service area) an average price of 11.8 cents/kWh for 2000 kWh of monthly usage at the time of writing.

Gexa BOGO

Centerpoint serves Houston area residents, including surrounding suburbs such as Katy, The Woodlands, Humble, Kingwood, and other greater Houston suburbs.

We’ve included the complete cost breakdown of the Gexa Bogo plan for Houston Metro residents as a function of usage in the conclusions section below.

Is Gexa BOGO right for you?

Free energy is great, but is Gexa BOGO the right plan for you, and will you save money by signing up for the Gexa BOGO plan?

The simple answer is it depends on your usage. Here’s why…

The only way to know which plan is right for you in Texas is to know your monthly kWh electricity usage. Or better yet, your historical (kWh) usage for the previous 12 months if you’re switching providers.

For illustrative purposes, take a look at how the effective rate ($/kWh) varies with monthly usage (kWh) for the Gexa BOGO plan:

Gexa BOGO
Gexa BOGO Cost Breakdown: Oncor Delivery Company (Dallas-Fort Worth Metro service area)*
Centerpoint
Gexa BOGO Cost Breakdown: CenterPoint Energy (Houston Metro service area)*

*Calculations are based on the plan EFLs posted on GexaEnergy.com as of 3/14/2018. Costs exclude taxes and non-recurring fees.

As illustrated in the cost breakdown above, the key to avoiding overpaying is knowing your expected usage and comparing monthly costs for each plan based on that usage amount.

Although electricity is a commodity, it is not priced linearly like other commodities you purchase daily. Let’s use gasoline as an example to drive this point home.

With gasoline, the “price per gallon” you see on the sign is the price you pay no matter how many gallons you pump.

How do you do that when the math is complex and every plan differs?

ComparePower has already done all this complicated math for you.

We help you find and compile your historical usage if you’re switching providers. If you’re moving to a new home, we help you determine your anticipated monthly kWh usage. Then we show you the best plans and their total monthly cost for your specific usage.

Hey there, fellow Texan. If you’re on the hunt for the perfect electricity plan, you’ve come to the right place.

We know the energy market can be overwhelming with all its jargon and numerous plans. But don’t worry, we’re here to help.

In this article, we’ll dive deep into one of the most popular plans in Texas – the TXU Free Nights & Solar Days. By the end, you’ll know exactly what it is, how it works, and whether it’s the right fit for you.

So, buckle up, and let’s get started.

TL;DR: TXU’s Free Nights and Solar Days is a unique plan that offers free electricity every night and solar credits during the day. It’s perfect for those who can shift their energy usage to night hours and want to leverage solar power without installing solar panels.

Understanding TXU Free Nights & Solar Days

So, what does Free Nights and Solar Days mean?

Simply put, it’s a plan designed to help you save on your electricity costs by making the most of the sun and off-peak hours.

What is TXU Energy Free Nights & Solar Days?

This plan gives you free electricity at night with the added benefits of renewable energy. Get free electricity all night from 8 pm to 5 am and solar electricity all day from 5 am to 8 pm.

Free Nights & Solar Days are 100% renewable as TXU Energy purchases solar power and solar and wind renewable energy credits.

Why TXU Free Nights & Solar Days Could Be Your Best Bet

Now, you might be wondering if Free Nights & Solar Days is worth it.

Well, if you’re someone who can shift your high-energy activities to the night hours and want to benefit from solar power without the hassle of installing solar panels, then it could be worth a shot.

Plus, it’s a fixed-rate plan, meaning your rate won’t change for the duration of your contract. No surprises, just savings.

Is TXU Free Nights & Solar Days right for you?

Whether or not this plan is right depends on how much of your electricity usage you can shift to the nighttime.

Most customers need to be able to shift a minimum of 35% of their energy use to the nighttime hours for this plan to make sense.

Whether you can save money with this plan depends on how much energy you can offset to the free night use between 8 pm and 5 am.

The more energy you can offset to the nighttime, the cheaper the plan becomes.

Here are some simple changes that can help maximize the benefits of the Free Nights & Solar Days electricity plan:

  • Delaying using large appliances like washing machines and dishwashers during free hours.
  • Charging portable electronics during free hours.
  • Adjusting programmable thermostat settings.

The Nitty-Gritty: How Does the Plan Work?

The TXU Free Nights & Solar Days plan is all about timing. From 8 pm to 5 am, you can use as much electricity as you want without incurring any costs.

This is the “Free Nights” part of the plan. It’s perfect for running your dishwasher, doing laundry, or cooling your home during the hot Texas nights.

During the day, from 5 am to 8 pm, you’re on the “Solar Days” part of the plan.

During these hours, you receive credits for the solar energy that TXU purchases on your behalf from solar farms in West Texas. This means you support renewable energy without installing solar panels on your property.

The more energy you can offset to the nighttime, the lower your average price will be and the lower your monthly electric bill.

Service

Champion Energy distinguishes itself in a crowded, competitive market by offering exceptional customer service. For us, customer service is more than just ensuring we have someone who answers the phone when a customer calls. It includes straightforward pricing and communication; tools to estimate electric bills and reduce energy use; and an unwavering commitment to the Golden Rule. After all, each employee at Champion Energy knows what it’s like to be an electricity customer. That’s what drives us.

Calpine, an independent power producer, acquired Champion Energy in October 2015. Calpine’s generation facilities are in many of the same markets we serve, allowing us to be more competitive in our current markets and expand to new markets.

There was a time in our business’ history where growth at any cost was attractive. However, we’ve learned from that particular mistake and now take a more measured approach. We’ve worked hard to engrain customer service in our corporate culture by really focusing on customer satisfaction. The majority of our customer interactions, like our call center and billing, are done in-house for greater control and accountability. Our customer service representatives attend regular trainings on how to communicate with customers, including a training module on empathy. Those same representatives are empowered to make decisions without needing to ask a supervisor, sparing customers a drawn-out process just to make things right.

So, as we expand to new markets and try to increase our presence in existing markets, our decisions are driven by the question, “Can we still provide unparalleled customer service?” If the answer to that question is “no”, then we seriously reevaluate our position.

Award-winning Customer Care

Electricity customers who value the ability to reach a live, competent customer service representative, and who would rather not deal with a convoluted scheme to save money on their electricity, should choose Champion Energy. That is our service: straightforward electricity plans and a dedication to exceptional customer care.

Nearly everyone has experienced calling into a customer service department; it’s an experience that’s rarely remembered fondly. We’re looking to change that. Our call center is different. It is different because, above all else, we value customer interaction. Our customer care agents go through four quality control checks every week and their performance is not judged by the amount of time spent or the dollar amount they were able to extract from the customer.

Instead, their performance is judged by the quality of customer interaction. Did the customer end the call with their questions answered or their problem solved? That’s the top priority in our call center.

Furthermore, our agents are empowered to make decisions, without supervisor approval, to the benefit of the customer. Agents are trained to err on the side of the customer. Underlying all of this is the understanding that we should treat customers the way we wish to be treated the next time we call a customer service line. While we may not get our wish, we can certainly grant it to our customers.
