Compare Power Sweepstakes 2026 Q3 — Official Rules

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, D.C., and Puerto Rico, 18+. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

Open to individuals 18+ at entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable laws.

Sweepstakes Period

Begins July 1, 2026, and ends September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time.

How to Enter (limit one entry per person, regardless of method)

1. Automatic Entry for New Members: Create a free Compare Power account during the Sweepstakes Period, and you will automatically receive one (1) entry. No purchase required.
2. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): During the Sweepstakes Period, email your full name and contact email to [email protected] with the subject “Q3 2026 Sweepstakes Entry.”

Reviews are optional and do not affect your chances of winning. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Prizes

Three (3) prizes: $200 each (check, electronic transfer, or Amazon.com gift card, at Sponsor’s discretion). ARV: $200 per prize. Prizes are nontransferable; no substitutions except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for taxes.

Odds

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted under the Sponsor’s supervision after the Sweepstakes Period has ended. The drawing may occur at any time during the following quarter, at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing date. If a selected winner is ineligible, unreachable, or fails to claim the prize within five (5) business days from the time notification is sent, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, the prize may or may not be awarded to an alternate.

Publicity

Where lawful, acceptance of a prize permits Sponsor to use the winner’s name and likeness for advertising/trade without further compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud/technical failures, or other causes impair integrity. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with entry or violating these Rules. By entering, you agree to receive periodic emails from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or the use of the prize; the Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or errors in the administration of this contest.

Disputes

Governed by the laws of the United States and Texas. Disputes resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in courts located in Dallas, Texas. Recovery limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses (maximum USD $5); punitive, incidental, consequential damages and attorneys’ fees are waived.

Winners List

Mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 14 days after the Sweepstakes Period to: Winner’s List — Compare Power LLC, 539 W Commerce St, Ste 1480, Dallas, TX 75208.
